Connie holds her BA in Business Administration, Marketing from Cal State Fullerton. She has over 35 years experience in sales, marketing, real estate, fundraising and events planning. After college, Connie joined corporate America and enjoyed working for major corporations such as; Kellogg’s Cereal, American Cyanamid (Shulton Inc), Eastman Kodak (L&F Products), Drake Beam Morin & Duncan Sales, where she worked her way from an account rep to a Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Connie obtained her Real Estate license in 1998 and has worked in all aspects of Real Estate for many years from Transaction Coordination and Executive assistance to representing both buyers and sellers. She has had the good fortune to work with top agents from many real estate companies, including the ‘early years’ of Raj Qsar as he has built The Boutique Real Estate Group into what it is today. Connie has the highest standard when it comes to your real estate adventure… and The Boutique Real Estate Group is both hands-on and high tech. She wants to have that personal connection with her clients while providing the state of the art technology and infrastructure to all aspects of your home sales and purchases.
Connie has lived in the Yorba Linda area for over 30 years. She grew up in Huntington Beach, where she met her husband (in high school). They were married after college and raised their 2 sons here in Yorba Linda. She was involved in all areas of her family's active life… School, Church, Sports, Clubs and the many activities our sunny southern California has to offer. Connie has a special love for community involvement from classroom activities when her sons were young to the many leadership roles available in PTA, ASB, Sports Board positions, Booster Clubs, Church, Community Groups, Children's Hospital. Ask Connie to “volunteer” and she will say YES before her hand goes up. Community is very important to Connie, as is finding the right place to live.
When she was young, her dream was to own a home in a place that would be the foundation for family, friends, activities and a life that is the dream of being a southern Californian. Connie hopes to be that connection and resource to anyone who needs help finding that special and unique place they call “home”.
